Blog Reborn

It's been so long since the last post. I have picked up cooking skills and hence the diversion of focus in this blog. Hope this would be a long lasting asset of this blog. Here are some Paleo recipes:

1. 1/2 c coconut oil, 6 eggs, 1 tbs vanilla, 1/2 c honey, 1/4 c protein powder
2. coconut flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger
3. mix dry ingredient with the wet one
4.mix in apple cubes, carrot, raisin, walnuts
5.bak 20-25 mins or until brown on top at 375F

Banana bread (very moist)
1. 4 bananas, 4 eggs, 1/2 c almond butter (or combination of puree and any nut butter), 4 tbs coconut oil
2.1/2 c coconut flour, 1tbs cinnamon, 1tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt
3. mix the wet and dry
4.grease loaf pan with oil of choice
5. bake 45-60 mins at 350F
